Data Deletion Request
GameTime is operated by ACADEMIE RBA INC. You can request deletion of your GameTime account and the data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion
Email partnerships@gametimesport.ca with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and the email address or account details you want deleted.
You may also disconnect your Instagram account at any time through Meta's settings, which revokes GameTime's authorization to access that account's analytics.
What we delete
Upon a verified request, we will delete your GameTime account data and any stored Instagram or Meta-related data associated with that user or account. This includes stored connection tokens, imported media references, and retrieved analytics tied to your account.
Certain information may be retained where required to meet legal, accounting, or record-keeping obligations. Once retained only for those purposes, the data is no longer used for platform operations.
Processing timeframe
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and associated data have been deleted.
